---

The event starts at Chicago Park School located at 15725 Mt. Olive Road, Grass Valley, CA  95945. Parking at the school is limited. Parking is located at the park and ride lot at the intersection of Mt Olive Rd and HWY 174. Extra parking spaces can be found at the Post Office and West Coast Trains. If needed, overflow parking is available at Bierwagen's Farm and the brand new park, Narrow Gauge Preserve.

Our course has extensive signage, chalked outlines, and fire engines with firefighters are at every major intersection. It is a great course for strollers and children, but no dogs.

Additionally, there are signs indicating nine historic sites along the course.
